HR Business Partner – Part time
GRC Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Sydney team in a flexible part-time capacity. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape how the organisation recruits, onboards, develops and engages its people as it grows to nearly 50 employees. You will partner closely with managers and employees across office-based and remote teams, bringing sound judgement, consistency and pragmatic solutions to the full employee lifecycle. The role combines strategic input with day-to-day delivery.
Junior Learning Designer – Casual
We’re looking for a design student who wants to apply their creativity to digital learning. You’ll join our Learning & Development team, working alongside experienced learning designers to create and update e-learning courses for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to graphic design, layouts, video and multimedia production. You’ll also help maintain our course library, complete formatting and quality checks, and support occasional design work for our Marketing team.

Paralegal/Content Author – Casual
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our busy team. You will be keeping abreast of legal developments in a number of jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific region and will be co-authoring e-learning courses on a variety of topics.
This role will suit candidates who have solid research skills backed up with a dose of writing/editing experience. This role will suit somebody currently studying law (having finished at least their second year).
We anticipate this casual role two to three days per week depending on study commitments. Ideally, you could commit to the role for a period of 12 months or more.
